If you enrol on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of our services.

2. Our Services

EnglishPedia Foundation provides educational services including computer classes, spoken English courses, digital skills training, online learning, admission assistance, and career or counselling guidance from Class 10 to Ph.D. level. We may facilitate admissions into partner university programs. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any course, program, or feature at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features, courses, or learning materials, you may need to register and create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

4. Enrolment, Fees & Payments

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only after we receive successful payment, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Any applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before making any payment. Donations made to the Foundation are non-refundable.

6. Course Access & Certificates

• Access to purchased courses and materials is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Certificates are issued only upon meeting the applicable completion or eligibility criteria for a course or program.
• Certificates issued by EnglishPedia Foundation can be verified through our official Certificate Verification system. Any forgery, alteration, or misuse of a certificate is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and legal action.

7. Donations

As a registered Section 8 organization, we may accept voluntary donations to support our educational and social initiatives. Eligible donations may qualify for tax exemption under applicable law, and we may issue receipts and retain donation records as required. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website and all of its content — including text, images, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and design — are the property of EnglishPedia Foundation or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
