EnglishPedia Foundation (“EnglishPedia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization committed to providing educational, skill-development, and social service programs. This Return & Refund Policy explains our terms regarding payments made through www.englishpedia.org, including course fees, certification fees, registration dues, and donations. By making a payment on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Physical Products

EnglishPedia Foundation does not sell or ship any physical goods. All our offerings — courses, training programs, certifications, and educational resources — are digital or service-based in nature. As no physical products are involved, our standard “Return” policy does not apply to any purchase made on this website.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to EnglishPedia Foundation — including course fees, certification fees, membership or registration dues, and donations — are final and non-refundable once processed. This applies regardless of:

• Whether a course or program has been started or completed;
• A change of mind after enrolment or payment;
• Non-attendance in a scheduled program, class, or session.

We encourage you to review course details carefully, and to use our free enquiry and counselling services, before making a payment.

3. Limited Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following limited situations, at our reasonable discretion:

• A duplicate payment or an incorrect amount charged due to a technical or payment-gateway error (see Section 5);
• A paid service or course that was never delivered or made accessible to you due to a fault on our part, and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are limited to the amount actually paid and do not include any third-party gateway or transaction charges.

4. Cancellation of a Program by Us

If EnglishPedia Foundation cancels a paid course, batch, or program before it begins and is unable to offer you a suitable alternative or reschedule, you may be eligible for a refund or credit for that specific program. This does not apply to programs that have already commenced or to any free service.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In case of a technical error resulting in duplicate charges or an incorrect amount being deducted due to a payment-gateway issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid payment proof. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and any confirmed excess amount will be corrected or refunded. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Donations

All donations made to EnglishPedia Foundation are voluntary contributions toward our educational and social service initiatives. Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances, as funds are utilized promptly to support ongoing programs and beneficiaries. As a Section 8 organization, eligible donations may qualify for tax exemption under applicable law.

7. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern

For any payment-related concern or eligible refund request, please contact us with your name, registered email or phone number, transaction ID, and payment proof. We aim to acknowledge every request within a reasonable time and resolve it fairly.
