As no physical products are involved, our standard “Return” policy does not apply to any purchase made on this website.

No Refund Policy
All payments made to EnglishPedia Foundation — including course fees, certification fees, membership/registration dues, and donations — are final and non-refundable once processed. By making a payment on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This applies regardless of:
- Whether a course or program has been started or completed
- Change of mind after enrollment or payment
- Non-attendance in a scheduled program or session
All fees and donations are non-refundable once a payment has been successfully processed.

Donations
All donations made to EnglishPedia Foundation are voluntary contributions toward our educational and social service initiatives. Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances, as funds are utilized promptly to support ongoing programs and beneficiaries.

Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In case of a technical error resulting in duplicate charges or an incorrect amount being deducted due to a payment gateway issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction along with valid payment proof. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and any confirmed erroneous excess amount will be corrected or refunded at our discretion.
